Reviews and Ratings
I would highly recommend finding another place to stay. The hotel looks luxurious but is more like a casino hotel filled with smoke and noise. I encountered rude staff who barely spoke English, and the dining options were overpriced and subpar. The rooms were clean, but they didn't make up for the poor experience overall.
The hotel has a luxurious appearance, but it's actually a casino hotel where smoking is prevalent throughout the premises. Rooms are clean and fair, but the high noise levels from the bar and drunk patrons were quite bothersome. The food was very disappointing and overly priced. While the staff at the lobby were helpful, their limited English made communication difficult. Overall, I felt it wasn't worth the money spent.
During my stay at this hotel, I noticed the rooms were clean and reasonably spacious. However, the overall experience was marred by heavy smoking indoors, poor dining options, and a lack of helpful service, making it not worth the higher prices. The atmosphere was loud and chaotic, especially due to the casino environment. While the pool area was decent, the noise levels were a major downside.
My experience at the hotel was quite unsettling. While the room near the pool was clean, everything else from the eerie atmosphere to the overwhelming cigarette smell was not what I expected from a hotel that bills itself as a resort. The food was underwhelming and overpriced, and the noise level from the casino was unbearable. Overall, I definitely do not think it was worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
I had high hopes for this hotel, but it turned out to be quite a disappointment. While the rooms were generally clean, the atmosphere was overwhelmed by smoke and noise, making it hard to relax. The staff struggled with communication, and the food was unappetizing and overpriced. Overall, it felt more like a casino than a luxury retreat, and I didn't feel like I got my money's worth.
